regardless if they merge or not, the authorized is maxed out and dilution is imminent, since they will have to increase the O/S also not just the Authorized.

They have no shares for operations based on what is publicly available.

So you think 2 party's signing a merger agreement means everything happens that same day. Go do some research on corporate mergers you will see a timeline for 8K then then comes the 4S takes time you do realize this just came out Friday afternoon hell we haven't even started a new work day and your complaining that they haven't merged don't look like a fool come back in 2 months and repost then you might have a legitimate argument
