It is the exact same thing as the SKTO Medical greens merger - the press releases are very similar - and nothing was done. Absolutely no paperwork was filed to start the process.
SKTO has done the merger thing many times but they never follow through - it is all part of the pump.
Plus, it is all of the same people at both companies - there is no arms length negotiations - it is all done for hype and to perpetuate the share selling scheme.
AEGY has dumped so many shares they have had to keep printing them.
