At wc whats going to happen is this: theres a certain price or share accumulation they are aiming for. At that time, there will be a trading halt. Share price will be based on that market cap on the day of the halt. He will have to notice it in advance so after hea done accumulating, the notice will come. Then before when it moves to the new exchange, financials etc will be released. An opening price will be set and then he market will determine how high the price goes. Essentially making it a poor mans ipo.
