Penemy...you and Hcotton may have said something brilliant. I wonder if it's possible that Hilal could literally IPO Cetek. Remember when Facebook did their IPO, as with all companies who do an IPO, that there were all those selling shareholders who sold shares for huge profits when the company went public.

The fact that Cetek is already publically listed may prevent that, but I've never seen a Pink sheet stock go directly to a listed exchange...at least I've never been that lucky to be in one that did. That might be worth a little research and a few phone calls. I have no idea if that's an option or not.
