I wonder why you are in this investment if you believe that Managment doesn`t give a crap about the share price.
A bit strange

Sheesh...What part of the word "temporarily" don't you understand? Do you SERIOUSLY think anyone with restricted shares (control securities) in any company, not just MDMN, cares one bit about short-term spikes and dips in the share price? They can't buy or sell in any meaningful, independent fashion like common shareholders/traders, so their time horizons and outlook are much further out.

I strongly suggest you read up on Rule 144 so you better understand the concept...then we can debate how "strange" it is.
