Management's end game with this investment is arguably different than most shareholders, particularly those who are frustrated and under water with their investment. Management's payday essentially is when MDMN gets bought out, so there isn't much incentive on their part to futilely/arbitrarily/temporarily support the share price, aside from having to deal with an angry mob of shareholders

I wonder why you are in this investment if you believe that Managment doesn`t give a crap about the share price.
