You keep harping that point over and over again..... there are shareholders on this board who are in contact w Benz... and the sec is not going to suspend a company for one mistake of a filing... there are many filings every year..... I agree w what you say... hipple is bad news.... and its the management responsibility to keep him away from the company. Idk what happened...on the . 25th. .... and I'm hoping to get an explanation from the company.... it is incompetent of the company to allow this to hsppen..... but in no way should affect the merger on the 4th...
