IMO that is a coincidence. It is definitely worrisome to see Possino mentioned in regards to GACR.

Based on the link it looks like the relationship between Luke and Possino involved a company controlled by Possino purchasing a real estate project from Luke. The purchase price and structure look very sketchy. I think we have established that Luke is a nefarious character.

I dont think that this shows any real link between Possino and GACR.... IMO most pennies have questionable characters associated with them but that is what happens in the wild west of the stock market. I think that GACR and its current management are trying to build a legitimate business, but of coarse i could be wrong and this could just be an elaborate scam. wouldn't be the first time lol.

p.s. it does really concern me that I cant find a 10 filing since sept 30 2013... If someone knows where i can find a recent 10 can you please post a link.
