Penny based on your comments you obviously do not have a good understanding as to how attorneys are compensated. Do you really think Hilal's attorney R. Laskowski is willing to work on a pre-arranged flat fee and not be paid for additional legal work to defend his client in a law suit? Hilal will need to pay his attorney big bucks for a defense.

We need to make Hilal aware that he cannot continue to ignore SH without paying a price. It is not a threat as much as a carrot and stick approach. Hilal is given the option either he issues a PR that will cost him next to nothing or he better be prepared to pony up legal fees that will cost him MUCH MUCH more.

We all know Hilal hates to spend money and for him to be given a choice between an inexpensive PR or paying his attorney by the hour to defend him is I beleive our best course of action to get FH to begrudingly open up. I do NOT agree with others that sitting back and waiting for FH to suddenly do the right is a sound choice.

In the end Hilal will pay closer attention to his bank account than beating down SH.

As for the Roundmouth approach that failed, he was at best a clown who visted Hial with no legal clout. We will have the carrot backed by a hammer.

WC, I am more than willing to make a "monetary" contribution for an atty representing the interests of Cetek SH and thank-you for getting the ball rolling.
