They have TONS of toxic debt and equity outstanding, including convertible, super-voting PREFERRED. You don't reserve almost double the O/S if not.
And almost no revenues in the last 3 years.

No doubt in my mind their only hope is some sort of settlement from Comcast, and that really seems unlikely given that Comcast has already responded by moving the case to federal court. They had poor enough performance when they had a partner. Now that they are suing their only one, it really seems hopeless.
