Increasing authorized was the S1 requirement. Sometimes you have to have that paper behind you for purposes of financing. Pntv ain't diluting. Few toxic conversions in 2013, almost cleaned up. Os prolly close to 100.

No doubt in my mind when the biz plan gets rolling, we will run this thing to .20. My interest, though, is if they nail a big client, they have the type of SS that can run to a dollar.

Hence, I play these fliers for the SS.
