To DannyD: Once again you clarify the issue, in this case about the IDCC Option proposal, about as well as it can or will be. I believe the strongest, most dogmatic proponents one way or the other on this proposal are simply fooling themselves if they think they truthfully "know" this proposal will be to the benefit or harm of shareholders. There are simply too many "unknowns" regarding the purpose, implementation, and all effects of either the passage or defeat of this Option proposal for anyone to confidently claim they "know" this proposal is or will be good or bad for shareholders.

Votes on this proposal will not primarily be made on a well informed basis, but rather on the emotional basis of attitudes towards Management. Those who are suspicious of and dislike management, who may regard them as untrustworthy and overpaid, will probably use the proxy vote to voice their negativity towards management and those who think management is doing a good job and have confidence in their ability to manage and guide the company's resources to maximize shareholder value will probably vote to support management's request. In neither case, in my opinion, can anyone be certain that they "know" they are acting prudently by the way they vote on the issue.

In short, it seems unwise to me for anyone to attach or invest enormous emotion in debating this issue. And for that reason I am very thankful to you DannyDetail for the calm, cool, and clarifying perspective you bring to an often overheated discussion. Thanks ....
