Ken, I will be surprised if this goes to arbitration.

If Nok and Sam go to arbitration, I truly will be upset with management. It appears the cheap settlement with Ericy was to be able to start collecting past, unaccounted royalties. The rates, IMO had to be approved by NOK and SAM, prior to the settlement, else why settle at this time?

At the press conference, Management added the sugar of the millions from Nok to help the medicine of the settlement amount palatable. I don't think they would have done this without prior approvals.
