Jiff, my guess regarding NOK arbitration is probably a little bit out there, but I have a feeling that the 3g agreement with ERICY is done. If NOK has taken all this time since the ERICY settlement just to say lets go to arbitration then I think shareholders will be hearing sooner of the ERICY 3g agreement from IDCC.

Will there be a stock price fallout if it is announced that NOK/IDCC has gone to ARB? Probably. It will turn this board into a feeding frenzy of management bashing, but Howard and Harry are not stupid by any means. They would not propose more stock options in this current environment of corporate scandal without having something meaty to back it up.

As far as stock trading is concerned, if it is announced that NOK/IDCC are going to ARB, institutions are going to be sitting there waiting for all the weaklings to panic sell.

It should be interesting..
