I guess an enemy of wsgi would love a continued situation of death financing spiral down of shareprice. Imo and many others on the board, wsgi took it in the ass for far far too long by these jerks who killed many other companies with their toxic "financing". In my opinion, the lawsuit should have occured much earlier.

I guess there will always be those who cheer for Shylock and insist that the pound of flesh be paid. May those people one day experience being at the wsgi end of the situation so that they can understand the situation better. We will either see a corpse or a person who finally gets that wsgi did the right thing in standing up and defending itself from further blows.
