Negative Ren. It was WSGI's inability to repay cash that triggered the true-up. This is far from over. Perhaps Ren, you might consider reading the EIA to better familiarize yourself with the various terms and conditions.

In my humble opinion, GBJ initiated the law suit as a stop gap measure. Unfortunately, this board would not welcome a discussion on this issue.
