You are making a lot of assumptions with no evidence to support them.

The CEO is taking a beating for a past problem with Florida's Court system.

Since he is still on probation and will be for a number of years yet, it is a current problem. It wasn't a "mistake" - It was intentional securities fraud and grand theft.

But, it's a real company with real earnings

And what are you basing this on?
