It is my understanding that since a lot of IDWD's operations have been overseas, their financial records are being consolidated so that IDWD can move onto the OTCBB or better as a fully reporting company.. This company was a private company until June of last year when they went public. It just takes time to put all of the records together and file a consolidated earnings report here in the US. Take it or leave it. But, it's a real company with real earnings. No one is being scammed by IDWD. The CEO is taking a beating for a past problem with Florida's Court system. But, do you want to hang someone for a mistake years ago? Give the CEO and the company a chance. If you don't like IDWD, don't buy it. Or sell now if you want out.
