The company is still in business despite the opinions of others.SEC and FINRA still in the loop so I see no scams taking place.

Most public scams have the same or more. You can't tell if a company is legit with such a simplistic view... I can show you countless penny scams that had more of a company than SFMI, including being fully filing with the SEC... Or even listed on the big boards.

When a company says they are going to do one thing, but doesn't get it done and dumps millions of shares into the hype, that is a pump and dump... and if they do it over and over and over and over under every penny ticker they have controlled, whatever that management touches is a scam in my book. It's the safest assumption, as my SFMI and GHDC predictions validate.

Most penny scams are meant to operate within the paper limits of the law. Most are not outright obvious. There is always a good lawyer behind them, making sure they are under the limits of their disclaimers and/or adjusting their wording slightly to reduce liability.... You will see penny scam having real products in legit retailers, mining equipment set up and running, joint ventures with well respected companies, etc but this does not mean its a legit biz...

The SEC stresses these facts in great detail on their site. Most scams just look like badly managed companies (as intended), but how they conduct themselves tells us everything about their TRUE INTENTIONS

The Quilliams are liars and all they have done is stuff their pockets while pushing bad info that they never even had the ability to accomplish at the time... and they did it without a shred of care for the damage done to the common shareholders... One can choose to believe this is a normal and sincere way to operate a company, but its not. I doubt you could find a single successful investment ran this way... and this is how myself and others have been accurately predicting this stock since 2010. It does not take much experience reading filings to see that SFMI was a failure waiting to happen. Sadly, many choose to believe the BS (the points you just pasted) and are scratching their heads while their money is almost gone, instead of acknowledging the scenario and learning not to repeat the same investing mistakes.

Every Quilliam stock suffers one outcome... How can a group have so many failed ideas and still make such a good living for all of their family members and friends??? The answer is obvious and the proof is coming in the 10K, hence the heavy dumping by insiders right now IMO, before the rest of us see the damage... but I'm just "a liar", right?!?... The rumor pushers (dumpers) have all the facts. lol
