Well your right I left the Ericy issue off the table. To what impact the litigation had regarding quality employees, either in retention or new hires by the use of options, the weight of the options and what the perfect balance would have/should have been, is debatable. In my opinion it is still excessive.

I would still question the number of options going to management. Management to date has not impressed me. Nor has the closing of the contracts. Perhaps this will change with a favorable contract with Nokia, vs accruing.

And many things can still go wrong, this management team has not managed the contracts very well IMHO and rewarding them for something they haven't earned yet, or for that matter paying them for possibly getting out of the mess they themselves got into, and that is exactly what this is, is questionable considering their current track record.

You almost make it sound as if they were just bystanders in all of this.

Regarding patents, I only have the roughest of ideas concerning the patent by patent worth, and perhaps not even that. Package deals sold by this company along with most others is a little more known.

In any event I've said my piece on the subject.
