Orangman:

While I admit to lacking the complete history of CTKH since its inception, I'm very much aware of the most recent history surrounding CTKH. (R/S, share buyback, share dilution, etc).

As far as your assertion of me "not knowing the rules." I believe you have misquoted me. I commented to JoFotoz that I'm not as aware of SEC regulations as him (JoFotoz), not that I do not "know the rules." Not being as knowledgable as another and simply not knowing are two entirely different concepts. Please, I ask that if you are going to quote me, do so accurately.

Now with that said, I understand some of the falsehoods that this CEO has operated under. Without question, I dissapprove.

But, Orangeman, your post seems to contradict itself. You state,

"So far Hilal has ripped us off with his lies he knows he can get away with it."

and

" All you do is question other posters and babble about Hilal must come clean He does not have to come clean what makes you say that this is a PS stock!!"

You are angry that he has ripped you off with his lies and does so with impunity, yet readily admit that he does not have to come clean. Therefore, his actions should be of little surprise to you. Go figure.

My instinct tells me that the CEO does not sit back and laugh at the SH's and make expletive gestures at us. I may be wrong, but I don't think so. It is evident that you are frustrated with how this CEO has conducted himself (as are many others). This is the central theme to the majority of your posts. But, it is just my feeling that not only you, but others as well, can and have stepped over the line with some of the comments made about the CEO. Comments that the CEO is not present to defend against.

That is merely the only point I was trying to convey.

You're correct Orangman. This is a PS stock. Very high risk, speculative, and its future is precarious at best. It's safe to say that if the CEO does come clean (eventually), the PPS might move. One way or the other!
