He promised a share buy back in Oct 2002 Dumped 2 billion shares on the S/H and all in 2 months did a 150/1 R/S what do you think he is doing Williams?? Please learn alittle about this company and what he can and cant do!! You have admitted you dont know the rules!! Hilal knows he can do as he pleases and if we dont like it move on!! So far Hilal has ripped us off with his lies he knows he can get away with it. You really dont know the history of this company!!
