Excuse my ignorance on this, but yes it says "Reached a settlement", but until an arbiter sets a rate is it really settled? It is not like Huawei is paying us a license fee and putting it in an escrow account until this is all worked out.

We are making the assumption that the arbiter will determined a great rate. ARent we still at their mercy?

like I said I hate to sound like a cynic or for that matter dmiller, but until this gets worked out we really don't know how good this is?

if this leads to other signings then I guess it is a positive but until then we should proceed with some caution.
