Can you please provide evidence of your experience. Obviously look for companies that were NYSE or NASDAQ before their BK procedure. Like I said previously, from my experience they all come out with a clear statement saying commons will be canceled/worthless. In this case nothing have been said about it. So I still believe in the possibility of a reverse merger with Crealta Pharmaceuticals( created 3 months ago)in my opinion.
