Just anecdotal. They usually say some positive stuff about all stakeholders other than common (e.g., glad to keep our employees, suppliers, customers). Not telling you to buy or sell the stock, just posting on a stock chat message board. I am not holding this one. I think the common for this one is wiped out. The higher bid was very good, and a bidding war would pop the stock price, IMHO. A reverse merger would be nice, but why keep the debt when you can buy the assets without the debt? Is there a ticker for Crealta Pharmaceuticals?
