The sell off is probably due to the GHDC PRER14C filing issued today. Looks like they had to include more details.

If the RS happened tomorrow with the price at .01, they get twice as much stock than what the filing states... Once again they are burying the holders with massive compensation, bonuses and millions in consulting payments... PQ collects all 3 forms of pay, for what?!

GHDC won't sustain post split levels IMO, there will be massive amounts looking to be liquidated and they won't be able to attract enough buyers with this crapolla business plan.... IMO this is nothing more than a slick way for them to move the equipment expenses to shareholders while making the rest of his casino more profitable for them.
