He did say he was buying back shares and it is a on going project!! So we all have been warned HA HA. And when he said he was doing a buyback he did not say from the open market. Alot of the Big board companies give the insiders the 144 holders first crack to sell. But this is all a mot point since there is only 2 holders of 144 stock. All the others hold preffered shares. And Hilal wants to cater to the faithfull longs the ones who paid between $375.00 down to .0002 Hilal is so FOS he does not know what to say any more. First the buy back started 3 weeks later its almost complete. 6 months later at the SHM in the same breath the buy back started than it was not started than he must check with the laws of the State Of New York. This guy is so friggin stupid or cant keep track of his lies or some clueless CEO. He talks about buybacks but in 3 years has then the S/O from 23 million to 5.3 billion.
