The DD I've done so far on buying back shares from shareholders seems to point
to a 'private' or "secret" buyback , being risky.
Or at the very least , fraught with potential SEC reg conflict.
An open or "public" buyback...auction? ...bidding? ...seems to satisfy regs though
as it gives all an equal chance..and all a heads up as to whats going on.
As for the CTKH coffers holding sufficient funds to make this a realistic approach...
..Who knows...but his "use" of shares as "$$"" could suggest not.
