So is it your impression MS has an agreement with their carriers relating to releasing the fTPM API?

All four major carriers now offer Windows Phone 8 with Sprint being the most recent.

Also I wasn't clear the DoD is currently running MOBILE TPM pilots or is it that they haven't started and are planned for 2014?
