I agree that financing is the problem, but the drop in pps tells me that they are having problems getting a good deal and it is not just a matter of "choosing" the best deal available. If financing was in the works, there would be a market reaction from those who hear whispers way before it was announced. But I am bagged here and can do nothing now except wait it out and hope they eventually put something together.
