erdos47:IMO financing is the most current problem we face and needs to be resolved with favorable terms. ie, no death spiral types and preferably european style options as an incentive. Those can't be traded until the excercise date. I suspect they just are trying to get the most favorable terms and nothing more.

I also wonder whether there is a lot of NSS happening and is this the major cause for this reduction in our pps. Being on the RegSHO list does nothing but create suspicion because of the lack of data as to the amount of FTDs.
