If someone wanted Scrambls enough to offer to buy it outright, then Wave should take the full offer vs. a lower one and retain an ownership is what I assume would be the endorsement of an observer who was of the opinion Scrambls is worthless. That way Wave collects more cash.

Whatever.

Possibly if there is some transaction involving Scrambls Wave WILL retain a stake. That is why I'm interested to see what Solms does.
