The parties were expected to file a scheduling order next friday. IDCC is laying the predicate to have this case governed under the most flexible discovery schedule under the general and local rules covering docket orders.

I am disgusted with the entire Nok situation. This is a cash cow for the attorneys and sucks big time for the shareholders. Between bonuses and continuing recurring legal fees, the bottom line is going to suffer. IDCC filed nothing today to deter Nok from continuing its scorched earth litigation tactics and I expect Nok to take full advantage to the disadvantage of the shareholders of IDCC.
