Ghors & revlis: concering "COMPLEX CASE DOCKET"

Could this also be a way IDCC is asking to see a lot more of NOK's game plan with IDCC and also look at the way NOK has "NEGOTIATED" with other companies.

Guess what I am asking is IDCC sand baging NOK. That they (IDCC) are come head on at them in the future.
