Delivery Policy:

Purchaser is responsible to select desired UPS Domestic option to ‘ship-to’ address.
In times when heat may impact product quality, only UPS Next-Day

Air option will be available for outbound shipping.

Standard delivery time is estimated at 7 to 10 days,
depending on stock availability.

Delays and back-orders – customer will be advised by email.

Delayed orders will only be charged when order is fulfilled.

If you placed your order on Saturday, it was more than likely processed on Monday the 16th. STANDARD delivery time is 7 to 10 days. The 25th will be the tenth day. Today. That is standard. Since your credit card WAS charged at the time the transaction was made, That should indicate that your order is not delayed.

In closing, since Wednesday is the 10th day and 7-10 days is standard, it is possible it could take 11 days. Either way, your concern is justified, however, I would give the delivery until Friday before you elevate your concern into a complaint.
