I ordered some ProAlgaZyme on 1/14 and all I've gotten so far is a confirmation of the order -- no word on it being shipped yet. Any idea how long it's taking these days to process orders?

Another point: my credit card was charged immediately upon ordering. I object to this -- I shouldn't be charged until the product ships. Is there any point in complaining?
