There will be no real talk of strategies, discussions with the FDA, lawsuits, broken SPA's or anything else. We will be told they are still exploring all options. We will not be told what those options are.

Unfortunately they can't even talk about a lawsuit in public until the final rejection in December but barring Joe being involved in this whole fiasco (and I don't think that very likely) they are almost certainly already working on the brief.

The announcement of the SPA being broken was a declaration of war, it was good that its finally out there and we will win.
