Choose choice. Why limit another adult from making his own decisions, and being responsible for them? Whether an electronic device(I hold BIEL position), or drug, the problem is not instructing people on how to use something responsibly, then letting the chips(Darwin) fall where they may. Otherwise governments will use any excuse to increase the "Nanny" state controls... are we running the risk of becoming extinct that we need human game wardens?... 'cause I don't see it. Just an attempt to put more decisions and responsibility in the hands of government, and allowing them to dictate how you can or can't manage your own quality of life.
