Ahhh my Aussie friend! This is where my confusion is.
Mr. Nelson was "given" 15million shares that vested 1/36th every month starting July 2010 @ .05$. The market price was below that mark for more that a year and a half now. (Therefore lose money.)

The new shares that could be granted are based on performance. EXCELLENT!
But the market cap of 10 mil is fairly low but gives room for James to profit. Basically it would mean that he can take shares @ 5 cents and sell @ 5.8cents. (Of course someone would have to buy...)

I just think that IF the company has a product, and commercializes it, the market cap of the company will be much higher than 10 mil.

PS. I'm no day trader, I'm completely new to trading, learning as I go. If I say something wrong please correct.
