Ahhhh yes indeed the new shares are based on performance and the hurdles to receive them are significant. This is the positive aspect of the "news".

Think it is a reasonably safe bet the market cap will be much higher than $10 million upon successful commercialization. The potential "blue sky" associated with SLTD can only be described as AWESOME given the huge and rapidly growing solar market.

PS: I am also no day trader partly because I like to sleep when US markets are open. I buy stocks and hold for some time and have done so for many years. The US Penny stocks are quite entertaining for me and I too am learning about them - so we will be teaching each other as we go!
