Assume you refer to the Restricted Stock Grant Agreement for the CEO.

I agree this does appear positive but represents no business progress. Personally, I would be happy if I was 100% sure there is actually a laboratory where Dr Son is beavering away on his solar cell...

Also, we must bare in mind Mr Nelson owns a large chunk of SLTD anyway!!
