Weby, agreed. The only thing I am arguing about is whether Wave "knows to the penny" what the total proceeds from the ORC sub are, or whether they can only speculate. Go-kites position requires that the entire $100M authority is already fully exhausted (POs exhausting the authority have been issued). I think that is rubbish. It could be that the whole 100M is already spent, in which case the POs exist, and Wave knows its cut. It that is true, I am wrong. I do not believe the 100M is spent. I believe it will be spent over months or years. Once it is spent, Wave wil know how many units its customer chose to buy.
