None of us know the likelihood of settlement obviously most states advocate mediation in civil cases. That does not mean they are likely to settle but is a step in the process. Discovery, interrogatories and depositions are also steps in the process and hopefully WSGI seeks all remedy afforded them. IMO LJC would deserve all negative outcomes possible.

A guess from discussion however is that management would not settle lightly. all in my opinion
