I am assuming that they would consider it, or are considering it, based on what was found on Pacer.
Hopefully they are not. On the other hand, it costs money to retain counsel for this, imo. Another hope is, that they can handle that, as (assuming that) cash flow is increasing from now on. A lot of assumptions, a lot of hoping. Not much of a choice.
