John I really wish I knew where your faith in Weber comes from.

I see the great job he is doing growing this business. Sorry it is not the PPS so everyone could flip out with a quick profit.

He told us he would buy back shares only to issue six billion more.

He did not issue billions just a few million. As fast as this is growing; he has to keep changing his strategy.

He is now telling us that he will be issuing shares on a higher exchange, this will not happen as one of the requirements for nasdaq listing is to have 27 million cash flow for the past three years

He is trying to move to the NYSE not NASDAQ; but it may be the same difference. This will take time. Most pennies are for quick flips but a very few are a buy and hold.
