Sorry John you are right there were 2.4 billion shares outstanding a year ago when weber made quite a large deal of saying end of capitalization and buying back shares over the course of the next year.There are now 3 billion outstanding shares an increase of 600 million or 25%. The real point is if I tell people that I will do something only to turn around and do the opposite they have no reason to believe me in the future.Weber can say anything he wants.
