John I really wish I knew where your faith in Weber comes from.He told us he would buy back shares only to issue six billion more. He is now telling us that he will be issuing shares on a higher exchange,this will not happen as one of the requirements for nasdaq listing is to have 27 million cash flow for the past three years,we dont even have one audited year. I am not saying this is purely a share selling scam but come on John you have to admit some deception happening.
