No hate, just a simple request for one piece of evidence that this deal favors Roche more than standard licensing deals. If you are going to say this is a bad deal, you need to back it up. Just as I would need to back it up if I said this was an excellent deal because some author I know just received only $50k as an advance and pennies on the dollar royalty from a very deep pocketed publisher.

Different industry, different norms. If you were expecting more, maybe you should have done some DD about what licensing deals look like.

Sorry if my tone comes across as harsh on the written screen, I really don't have anything against you personally and realize we are ultimately on the same side here, I just want any assessments of the deal (pro or con) to be backed up with comparables.

We are all frustrated by the current sp, but this is the same promising company it was last week, now graced with what I think is good deal with a powerhouse bp. I believe the sp will eventually reflect that. Sorry I can't say when, but hopefully not too long.
