I think the disconnect here is we are approaching this from different angles. You are obviously well versed in biotech deals and into the details, I am offering up a prospective of the street on this deal. The pps has obviously not reflected that this is a great deal agreed? If you were a trader in a firm and had 20 million dollars at your disposal to invest for your CLIENTS, would you go to your boss with INO and this miniscule partnership and say this is what I want to do. He would laugh you out of his office. I'm taking the big perspective as to why this is stalled. It's a great start but not all that.
On the daily chart closing SP higher highs, higher lows continue. Tomorrow is to be higher high, above 2.56. This is bullish. Meanwhile,the MM's have been accumulating on mass for last 2-2 1/2 days. What's the rush. Recent higher volumne left the Houses short. Lets see if they run it and distribute. Hmmm.
