Like I said my opinion might not be very liked. 2 main things to take away, It does'nt matter what other biotech companies got, it matters what INO got. When you are in control (the bigger company) you cut a deal that favors you because you can. Big business is big business my friend. Home Depot, Roche, does'nt matter, it's the art of the deal. Have a good night and try not to hate me so much because we think differently.
